...which is an employee's right if required has been given to them out if kindness. They also don't pay salary on time and sometimes don't literally pay salary blaming on the fact that there was lack of business in that particular month. 3. Management is very illiterate and incompetent. They have absolutely no clue about how to run a company successfully and resort to bullying employees rather than helping them. There is this one HR called moupia who is the most callous and useless person to exist. She literally tries to bully the employees and make them work as if they are her personal servant. 4. The organization calls themselves as a investment advisory firm where they take loans from their respective clients. They only try to sell mutual funds to everybody with no clear execution. They try to harass people by blatantly lying to them if anybody wants to redeem their invested money. This company is a big no for employees as well as customers.

There was nothing to like about the company it was horrible as hell organization.

The company owner is fraudsters they have done fraud with me they have not provided me the salary and my reliving letter, or the experience letter and the HR team was also not supportive I have tried many times to contact them they have not responded to my mail or to my calls they were rude while talking to me during the office serving period, they just have to do mentally harassment with me this company people are fraudsters I will inform to the people who are going to join this company please do not join the company save your future they have spoiled the thinks in my life please be safe from this fraudsters.

Nothing.. there is nothing to be liked actually. Yeah it's obvious that we find a friendly nature in our work place other than getting salary on time. But there is neither any friendly nature not management. And salary 😆 they will give after 2 months. And PF money they will deduct but will not credit in your bank account.

Everything I disliked. Hardly employees stay there.. management is too much poor. Rather more than that. Secondly no holidays, not even national holidays. But during interview they will say many sweet words including national holidays. But when time will come they will deny. And the most funny thing there is one of the junior HR. Literally knows nothing, the whole day roaming, chatting, gossiping in the entire floor. Wrongly printed wrong spelling of my name in Appointment letter (hard copy). I told her to change it. But she replied, " doesn't it really matters u so much? Pronounciation is same so why r u so much into it?" Like seriously 😆 how can one be so much illiterate! Then she wrote it by a pen , can u imagine! An invalid appointment letter 😆

Everything like salary, work system, senior staffs behaviour. Last they didn't give my October month's salary. When I asked HR about my salary they told me after full & final settlement my salary will be credited in my account between 60 days. Bt after 70 days when I call my HR and other senior staffs they sometimes gives me many tipe of excuses and after that I told them that I will go to consumer court and case about the company they totally ignored and avoiding me and told me "do whatever you can do bt you didn't get salary". And for that totally fell in deep trouble with my wife and 7 months baby.

Good work culture with lots of scope to learn and develop in a democratic environment. Very knowledge orinted and good scope to develop provided you want to. Good place for a long term career approach. Every voice is heard and given importance to wgich is a great thing.

Dislikes

Pretty flat hierarchy without much stratification can be a problem at times.
