The work culture is quite poor. The management seems unwilling to change the outdated mindset and focuses more on politics and gossip rather than offering support. Additionally, some employees who have already reached retirement age are continuing in their roles by providing false reasons to the management, who, unfortunately, allow them to stay. These long-serving employees are not willing to provide opportunities for the growth of new employees, which negatively impacts the overall work environment.

...a donkey....no proper schedule for duty hours...management are not supportive...no proper pay scale according to work.... Very bad experience....

The organization has given full liberty to experiment with the ingredients that we get, simultaneously we do follow serious rules and standards for safety and hygiene which develops into your work style staff is also friendly get opportunity to meet international and local guests and anticipating their needs. You will learn great things if you continue for long term from the festivals that are organized..

No standardized salary structure, no appreciation letters even if you hang yourself upside down, small mishap may serve you a critical note or even warning letter lack of staffing not very much new things to learn as one may get to learn in metro cities also career growth is very very slow accompanied by lack of cross training programs.
