You will learn great things if you continue for long term from the festivals that are organized..

Dislikes

No standardized salary structure, no appreciation letters even if you hang yourself upside down, small mishap may serve you a critical note or even warning letter lack of staffing not very much new things to learn as one may get to learn in metro cities also career growth is very very slow accompanied by lack of cross training programs.
