The company offers good salary for new joinees as it finds it very difficult to find talent and resources easily.

Dislikes

The company not lacks but doesn’t have any employee benefits, delayed appraisals without arrears are normal. The job security even after satisfactory performance is nil. Internal politics and rumours are weighted against the results. The staff overall is very dissatisfied and that appears in the working. The guest satisfaction index of the hotel is very low as flexibility and guest management is very poor.

M.D.is really great person very caring,he gives full power & support for smooth operation. I am working here from last 6yrs and it's really a great time I am learn lots of things from M.D.Mr.Raju Itkelwar sir.

Internal politics are very high and I am not interested to work in such type of environment.

My advise is dont join and waste your time with them. I have worked with good brands but the worst experience comes in at Kasmanda, Mussoorie which is managed by the owners who are very incompetent and miser. They run the hotel as some cheap lodge. They have no work ethics and will only grab cheap opportunity to cheat people In the name of welcomheritage and as a manager you get stick between the guest and owners. The result is no manager does more than a season i.e. 8 months approx. They have a very disrespectful behavior towords employees. There is no other supervisor to help you in operations. In the staff you will not find a single person who has done IHM. There is no fix policy and will change as per owners choice. Probably the still believe themselves to be royal. My advise is a stric no rest is your choice. Even if you are joining thinking thats its just my experience Make sure you get everything documented in your offer letter. Even after completion of probation if any get your revised letter.

Too much of Owners interference in work. No work policy and ethics. Too much of attitude of the owners. Non flexibility in work. No work ethics. Cheating guest on small and issue.
