The company offers good salary for new joinees as it finds it very difficult to find talent and resources easily.

The company not lacks but doesn’t have any employee benefits, delayed appraisals without arrears are normal. The job security even after satisfactory performance is nil. Internal politics and rumours are weighted against the results. The staff overall is very dissatisfied and that appears in the working.
