Hospital highly require MOH certified person who could manage hospital in a proper way and give priority to that Professional People who work in less salary,too. Every Professional Employer having specific level of respect and specific level of priority. Apart from that everything 10 out of 10.

... a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues very quickly. Career growth is worthy But, salary is too less.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training. Is not given to new joiners

No much dislikes.compensation is decent and growth is slow. reworking on policies and procedures are making working environment better.Have a plan for future developments.

work pressure is high and had to stay back during patient issues and emergency situations.
