No support not at all. Even in lockdown calling everyone to office.

Dislikes

Honestly no salary increment given from last two year. Very slow career growth and management doesn't address our issues. No job security. Many of them lost their jobs during lockdown.

Company is a newer Fintech organization. Very nice and supportive people in the Senior Management. Good Work Life Balance. Opportunity for proactive people to grow fast in the organization.

Dislikes

The company is a part of the 30 year old Weizmann group. So in many ways it is set in its ways. There are hardly any parties or events for employees.
