Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very bad experience from the managers .They are only consider the people only buttering the manager and lot of politic in the organisation . Be working in HR what i found that Account department head Mr. Raj is bossing the company and lots of Corruption for his side to all the accept . the people who is supporting him only get promotion and support . The HR manager is just a robot who is obey the Mr.Raj words.
