The company is lacking highly in Improving the skill set of Engineers. No productivity improvement. Work-life balance is a dream in this company.

Dislikes

Got a decent compensation and Joined weir recently. The Work pressure is very high. Promised working hours during interview was 8 hours but everyday I used to work for 10-12 hours for which there is no benefit. I got some health issues too. There is no place for innovation and Improvement in the process. Painful processes and Time consumable working procedures. Too many meetings to track down the work and There is a Micromanagement.
