My teams are very good. There is little training session we have undergone through. We are very good team for adapting new technology. Learning & growing as a team it’s great to be part of this but we can’t change management. There has to be change the management & work culture from the top side.

Dislikes

Not be good environment for people who is working seriously. We don’t get any support from the company.There is no hike /increment if you are doing good.
