...ng according to him. no source of motivation but boss is source of demotivation. Didn’t get salary raise on time as promised. sorry to say there are no services being provided as listed below.

WFH for few month. But permanently only for senior. No work pressure, for fresher huge opportunities, no bond.

About salary, appraisal/increment. No permanent WFH if you are doing work from office in starting couple of month then forget about permanent WFH. If you are doing from starting then you will get. No response on time like leave email, increment mainly related to financial. One example They promise you giving salary like if you asked for Rs.40k then they will say you we will give you like From joining date 20k After 3 month 30k After 3 month 40k And you will reached your 40k. But they wont provide you like this they will delay if your 30k after 3 month they will give you after 6 or 7 month that 30k and it's not guaranteed that u will get 30k its may be 28k or 27k. And one year after joining they will say you already got increment before 4 month then now why u want. Boss will reply i will do increment but it's my choice does i will increase after 2 or 3 months. And happly boss will give you smile and you can't say anything. I am a majdur in this company as per they said to me. When i went to asked for increment. So i need to be mistri first then only they will gave me increment. And in Saturday sunday some time you need to work if pending taks is there. And no any overtime pay.
