Its a startup so basically you free to talk about your ideas, colleagues are good are supportive. Lots of learnings, management is good and few policies very employee centric

As I said startup so many policies or work is getting developed. HR is worst over here very robotic and not at all worth the word HR. also lacks employee engagement activities

Borso don't give support to it's captains/ Delivery executives. If any Delivery executive needs to contact support there is no support line. No proper training to delivery executive. I tried so many times to chat through chat bot but no use. Because you don't have much options over there.

No security for delivery boy. Worst company to work for. No support, only customer matters to company not delivery boys, even they can't complain about customer's behavior. If you want to insult yourself then work in this company.
