Cons- Very less salary Very rude upper management Very strict deadlines Zero work life balance Hr will do any trick to give you minimalisitc salary Somedays you end up working 12+ hours but still be questioned about your work. There is start timing of the day but there is no end time to it Not a company i will suggest if you have any other offer.

Worst decision made to join the company. The culture of the company is poor. The founders are micro managers with no clear vision. They talk a big game and thats it. Keep on changing policies and direction every week. Lack a clear vision. Join the company only if you wish to kill your career

Employees like srishti will never let you grow and are the worst employees, very toxic environment. Srishti is the rudest and hangs out with other general managers like lovely who are married but interested in employees in the office. Very weird workplace

bad manager , illegal termination , high target in the lockdown period, no rewards, they do not listen to employee problems.
