There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They can fire you just 2 days of joining. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No job security, they terminate in any time even if you perform well. This job is so hectic that they can call u for event at any time even at 11pm vo bi 20-25km away from house. Actually HR person name Manisha Channa who provide me false information when i asked about this job profile she told that your job role will be for booking banquet hall in case if any one cal for marriage, party, functions etc and in case if no display on site then cal them otherwise वैसे आपको खुद से काॅल नही करना but when i gave interview and read others review then Im shocked then i able to know that very busy job, खुद से भी काल करना पङता है for hall booking. Guy if u want to work in oyo weddingz.in then forget about your family till night u have to be on field moving here and there 40km travelling daily. They dnt give any extra amount for field work

False commitments from management. No personal life. Tremendous work pressure. Bias senior management. Weak HR. After work harassment. Character Assassination false aligation done if you go against them.

Salary, insurance and other benefits are amazing.

The pressure on new or banquets that are not performing is immense. You perform below average for 2 months, you lose your job security. They also keep you on a 3rd party payroll for 2 years.
