...ey are not ready to helping their employees when employees need the security. Even staff did not get the salary on time. In this pendmic situation employees did not get their salary from last 3 months. Environment is very negative for work.company polices are not clear and we can not even trust on them.

Dislikes

Management doesn't want to listen and resolve the genuine issues. Salary is very poor. Career growth is none. They even does not real and stuck on their words. They doesn't value their employees at all. There is no apritiation of the work.
