Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Not giving salary.

Dislikes

Treat employees as a slave, and most important they don't give salary on time. I received my 1st salary after completing 4 months. Company owner and HR both are horrible. They should learn work ethics. You don't even get good water to consume in this company. Company is full of cockroaches. No hygiene.
