Well it started off well but soon things started to go downhill with a new manager who has no clue what she's doing doesn't treat employees with respect always yelling the incentives keep changing the vibe is so negative and toxic I wouldn't suggest anybody to work here unless they change the manager had an horrible experience it got so depressing they aren't employee centric at all and no ones what's going on out there and you'll practically get threats of getting warning letters or as they call it PIP there 1 doesn't have job security at all you could be fired at any given point and there's no learning curve they give you time span of 1 week to hit a number of sales and if not you'll be dolled out a warning letter and then eventually be asked to leave the Company though the ceo of the company is a nice person but iam not sure if he knows the person trying to run the show here has zero people skills and no decency

The culture of the company and how the management interacts with the developers. colleges are friendly.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher then your salary will start from 15,000Rs and in hand you will get 13,000Rs. salary increment is low if your salary is 15,000Rs you will get just 1,500Rs. You will only get to work with Html and Css no javascript framework is used and I think they will never use it, if have 3-5 years of experience and you are going to switch to any other company they won't consider webware's experience they will consider you as a fresher even after 3-5 years

The Company's working environment is fantastic. Whenever in doubt senior people are always ready to help and guide. Working in Webware is like living college life again. Another plus point is company provides flexible timings. Also, they offer work from home facility.

Dislikes

There is no proper salary slab for the employees. like for example a person with one year of experience from another company is getting more salary than the senior people working in webware. The second point is not getting paid for the overtime. Also during the appraisal period, there are not many hikes in the salary (max it is 2K-4K). Personal Growth in technology is very slow. The technology which the company uses nowhere else is being used and is somewhat outdated.

...No work-life balance. Job Description says 9-6pm, is rather say it’s 9-8pm. 3. Low Salary Slip - The company expects more work to be done by you. 4. No proper Communication with your seniors; we have to figure out how the company works from others, if you ask the seniors they frown and grumble saying you should know all these things whereas the fact is every company has its own way of operating 4. Never Appreciated for your work; Low Salary Slip, No Work Life Balance, Working Environment, No proper communication with your seniors. After facing all of these issues, giving your best, still the company does not even appreciate the work you do, instead expects more work to be done and is never satisfied, even when some work is done with so much effort it’s never appreciated. Conclusion: There were a lot of things I disliked about this company. But I had one reason to stay which is I loved my job and the experience of learning new things and I did stay for a couple of months. But the one thing I would suggest the ones reading this review, if you’re never appreciated for the most important thing the company hires you for, which is your work, You Don’t Deserve To Be I’m Such A Company. You Deserve Better.

Sudden Lay off without any prior notice period. Post Lay off not providing actual salary with benefits mentioned as per labour acts. Negligence post lay off whether from seniors or the HR department.
