Whenever I dislike something , I use to talk to my manager & they resolve it . That's kind of open platform we as employee expect from management .

Webvillee is financially unstable, They fire employees any time without giving them any proper notice, MicroManagement & Favortism is there, If you are Person who wanted to grow their career don't waste your time working for them.

Dislikes

They will call on on 4th Saturday, where you have to waste your Weekend time, Also they will promise false thing when you join & Those things are all lie. They have created an environment where they Just Hire and fire.

Nothing, Every minute I spend is terrible, there are 100s better companies in Indore, but it is bad luck that I have wasted my time working for them.

Dislikes

I have worked with other organisations but the toxicity I experience here is on another level, Everything you can think of is here like Micromanagement, Instant Termination, Lack of communication, Noproper exit meetings, long working hours, not having anything to sell but still they will push you to sell. If you want to join, be ready you can be fired anything, I suggest you talk to those people who have worked in this organisation to believe in what I'm saying.

The first and foremost thing is the Culture within the company is superb. And also you gain variety of knowledge and experience as here you have plenty of scope of creating and managing a successful project management model and also you have enough chances to learn and excel in new technology and courses. I spend most of my tine at office and it feels really good as the environment in the company is friendly and positive. I recommend everyone to give it a try then decide that wheather Webvillee is a good company or not.

Dislikes

Only the employee policies which changes on regular basis is a bit concerning for me.
