Only good thing about this company is that, they don't have a ton of employees. So, you often become a sole contributor and that helps you sharpen your skills.

Dislikes

...delivers. This company stops making revenue. This company becomes toxic as hell. Stops paying salary to employees for months. Employee leaves. And the circle continues. In my time here and post, many I have met who have experienced the same thing which they did to us, a batch of ten or fifteen, we all quit because of the work culture. Only join this company if you want to remove or replace your time here from your work experience. Because I'm sure at the end it won't matter.

Only politics,poor management, office not 8 hours you can work 12-15 hours.salary is not getting timely .you can ask for salary every month.jobs not secure, mentally pressure by company for work . suggestions everyone to not join this type of company.

WEBSTEP company it's is contractor I like government contracts.. Every Saturday Sunday holiday that's why I liked company

...any management behaviour is very bad. Now,this company is not a payment release.Company deduct TDS from my salary in working time but TDS amount is not deposited in tax department. Now,my TDS amount is not showing in TDS portal site.

30 minutes lunch times means 30 minutes time taken to eat. Asking to eat fast can choke anyone when there was no fault. Speed of eating can not be decided by Management when rules were not violated
