More than a market standard hike around 18-20%, but yes it's in your hand to grab the opportunity with both hands. 3. If you are good at learning new technologies the top management will always support you. 4. Almost, every senior member is there to help you out including the management. 5. There are a number of fun activities every year like picnics, tours, and Celebrating most of the festivals as well as Cricket Tournaments, so your work environment will be more like your home.

Although I don't see it as a dislike as I believe depending upon the situation sometimes your working hours got stretched & I like this kind of challenges.

Colleagues were good. If you are senior developer then you have lead the project. If you are active learner then you learn new things.

Dislikes

...any development process. After every couple of months there is new set of rules. Less salary as compared to market. No compensation if you are working on Saturday Sunday. Lesser no. of holiday. And the management 🫡....

This company is the best ever company I worked .Enormous Project Flow , Growth , Challenging work environment, On time Salary , Good Hike Cycle if you are a performer .In my opinion this is the Best IT company in Kolkata , which reflects National Award from our Prime Minister .If you want to work in a challenging environment without your superior intervention this is the company you should select .

Nothing as such , management is very helpful and fast paced .No place for non performer .

All the projects are international. You'll get chance to work on projects based on US, UK, Middle East countries etc.

...er having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.

... delay. 2.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment.
