...er having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.

... delay. 2.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment.

...literally have to cry and beg your manager, even in case of a medical emergency. The only consistency here is that you’ll get your salary on time. Apart from that, forget about being treated like a human being while working here: 9-hours, 30-minutes shifts, no job security, working on a pirated system, no systematic work culture, and no quality control even though there is a dedicated quality assurance team. You can be fired at any moment, depending on management’s mood. They will tag the process as PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), which is essentially just a form of harassment. Sometimes, even when a mistake is someone else’s. Management is rude and unprofessional, treating you like an animal. Half of them are non-technical and don’t understand their roles, but still pressure subordinates. They will assign you impossible tasks with unrealistic deadlines. Micromanagement is rampant everywhere, with managers constantly hovering over your work, questioning every small decision, and forcing you to justify every move. You’ll often hear management lying directly to clients during calls, with no attempts to hide it, as the office space is open. When you resign, they won’t acknowledge your resignation at first and may not respond about whether it’s accepted. Then, they will delay your release for up to 90 days while holding the salary for that period. Even after finally processing it, they will cause drama with your reliving letter and settlement amount. In short, they will make your work life miserable. If possible, they will try to interfere in your personal life as well. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy, and most of the positive reviews on Google, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, or any other platform are fake—they force employees to provide fake feedback regularly.

On-time salary and day shift duty which is very common in other companies. Nothing else to mention as pros. Very bad company. Highly recommend not to join in this company at least.

The company is very bad in every aspect. The worthless HR sitting inside the company is very unprofessional. I made the biggest mistake in joining this company and wasted almost 9 valuable months. After the probation period ended HR suddenly said I had to quit my job as early as possible. And force me to resign on the spot without giving any prior notice. The environment is full of toxic places created and every time micromanaged by senior managers and team leaders to save their position. I came to know they often follow the hire and fire policy with experienced candidates and also with freshers whom they trained from Webskitters Academy which is a money-making fraud institute run by the company and looting candidates hard earned money. And providing placement own company and firing them with a false excuse to all freshers. Do not pay any amount to them or join this company if you want a good career.
