The manager of customer support department is a Gem person. Wonderful personality and amazing nature. One of the agent in customer support department a girl will make your life hell. Her only motive is to harass you and put so much work pressure on you so that you commit an error and then you're fired.

HR and her lazy nature on every issue. Be it any grievance or salary.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

...slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. There is no job security. Company doesn't give compensation and retirement facility.

I have been waiting from 12 days to get some updates on job application and the HR was not able to give me any proper updates. First she told me that I have an technical round on 30 nov and when I done with that I was waiting and when I pinged her for updates , she told me that it will be tomorrow that is 3 dec and then again when I asked on 3 she told it will be on Friday or Monday , she will update me and today is monday and 11 dec but noone reached me , I call her 3 times shed declined the call , I texted her 4 time but she seen the messages but no reply , I sent an email to here 2times in a day but no reply . When does that means to Join the organisation when in the starting itself you are not getting proper updates and replies and after joining the organisation what will be the chaos? I never write feedbacks so easily because I know the importance of everything but this makes me frustrated, I have lost many opportunities just because I want interested in this and also with interviewer , we all are busy , but I can expect an date a time or something so that I can also be prepared, everytime I have taken the followups and nothing has been done yet . May be after this review you won't hire me or do something but you organisation has to bit organised, If you are not standing on your commitments prior joining then who will trust you . I know the importance of everything but atleast I should get a confirmed date and time .

Every 2 nd day they ask you for some or the other details stating ceo is asking and they never share the update on the interview part. They took my almost 1 month where they wanted me to submit marketing plan which was shared and preety told me final round will happen with Mr Sandeep pls go through all minute details. Every 2 nd I was following up to share the update on interview she kept saying will update you. Then when I texted her again she said position is closed.

ok for work from home with flexible timings...but HR behaviour is very rude...and you dont even know who the main boss u are working under,,,,bad politics...the manager u dont even get to see or even his number ..just mails and all...no transperacy with employees...

Can terminate anytime without prior notice,.. when they just extract the work from u ..than terminate u after making there profit... bakwaas company h ..bahut gndi politics h isme...mt ghusna agr career barbaad ni krnta toh
