I wish the office had a ground where I can go and play. So in instead of weekly indoor games conducted by HR, we can also get some physical activity with some outdoor games.

I really enjoy working at website learners, because the company environment is laid-back and supportive. it's easy to communicate with everyone.

Good company to work with , but doesnt allow you to grow after certain level

Management and HR keeps changing the rules on weekly basis Quarterly hikes were promised and after joining they changed to yearly hike False promises while joining like gym membership , perks once you join , you are completely ignored No growth in both terms

In my 5 years here, Website Learners has been incredible for my professional growth. It has provided an excellent learning environment where you can continously develop new skills and gain knowledge. What has kept me motivated and excited is the constant innovation and opportunity to try new things and push boundaries. The work culture is fantastic, and it feels more like a family than just colleagues. I also love the benefits too - gym membership, 5-day work week, team outings etc... and an open culture where our ideas are always heard and valued.

While the overall experience is positive and great, there's always some room for improvements. However, being a growing company, I'm confident that these minor concerns will be addressed over time.
