Competitive Salary and Hikes: The compensation is competitive within the market, and the salary hikes have been satisfactory so far. Flexible Work Timings: The work timings are reasonable, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Provision of Quality Equipment: The organization ensures that employees have access to excellent equipment to support their work efficiently.

I would like to share my experience working at this organization to provide constructive feedback for improvement. Job Security Concerns: Despite successfully clearing the interview process, there is no job security. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO QUESTION THEM HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU SEND OFF AFTER SOME MONTHS JOINING THEM(even they worked for what they hired for). Important reason for this issue is they don't have clear idea what they going to do and who we need to hire for this job. Hiring without a clear job description and expect something else from that candidate Lack of Clear Vision: The organization seems to struggle with having a well-defined roadmap for growth and execution. This lack of direction often results in confusion among employees, leading to a high-pressure environment. Employees who find it challenging to adapt to this uncertainty may face unfavorable outcomes. Overdependence on AI: While leveraging AI to assist developers is a positive step, the expectation that AI should create the product with minimal developer input raises concerns. This approach risks diminishing developers' creativity and skills, while also potentially leading to weak software architecture, reduced maintainability, and lower-quality code. Inadequate Recognition: The organization appears to lack robust systems for tracking individual contributions. As a result, valuable work may go unrecognized, which can affect employee morale and engagement. Frequent Changes and Rework: Due to weak planning, there are frequent changes in direction and rework. At times, significant efforts are rendered obsolete, which can be discouraging for employees who strive to deliver high-quality results. While there are areas for improvement, I hope this feedback helps the organization refine its processes and create a more supportive and structured environment for its employees.

I wish the office had a ground where I can go and play. So in instead of weekly indoor games conducted by HR, we can also get some physical activity with some outdoor games.
