Overall positive environment. Vikram chand is good person. My team was the best.

Dislikes

...raisals. Lack of appreciation for work. Frequent scolding by Subrat and Pradeep. Significant pay disparity despite identical job roles. Toxic work culture. Gossiping within the team (specifically : Satyajit, and a transgender person who gossips and delivers information to Zeba).

...extra hours to complete my after office hours. You can leave the office at 7 pm. And if you do overtime then they pay you for your every extra minutes.

Dislikes

The culture of the office is suit for me. And I also faced some discrimination regarding Saturday off. Organization provide me only 4th Saturday off but my others colleagues get all Saturday off. I we are not allowed to talk with our colleagues if they found they fired the employees.

Company management is the worst and team management is even more so.

The manager of the company is Subrat Bhol who is the head HR, he is also the team leader, he is also the finance and accountant and according to him, he is the head manager of the sales, marketing and development team. And his communication skills are absolutely useless and he is not perfect in any one task.

I never seen a worst company like this who have no culture not a work balance and environment are too much hectic you can't talk with your colleague and person whose name vikaram chand they always pressurize you and always give negative feedback about you so if you keep away from him he is mental never seen a smile on his face so before join ask from any employee alif that company

There is nothing to like about this company. Everyone in this company is stupid. First, they will offer you remote work with a minimum salary for them as possible and then they will ask you to join the office after some time.

Dislikes

I dislike everything about this company, from the HR to the smallest employee is stupid and idiots who acts like total jerks.
