Because once you joined for Hybrid mode then those who have work from office, will try to ask for the WFH to avoid that HR and project manager will simply tell you we have changed our policy and bla bla things to stop you and they will ask you to take a leave instead. Choice and daring and risk all yours.. Beware of any phishing tricks of HR and Directors. all the best..

their phishing techniques, No WFH and Salary offered. In project manager has limited mindset for QA person, He dont want QA to be in automation with Coding skills, He will escape you to no code solution, by these they will try to limit you.
