Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

1.Don't Call this a Company It's a recruitment Firm. 1.This is a contract Job For One Year. 2.The Old Employee will humiliate you. 3.I have seen many people left the company within 2-3 months. The HR team will change in every 6 months. I have never seen any company like this. 4.They will ask you to degrade yourself to meet their expectation. There is no work in the company. 5.Don't fall for the Trap otherwise you will loose everything. 6.The company will hardly survive for next 1-2 years. 7.There is only one person as a management.
