Skill Development- They will just ask you to focus on sales even if you are in customer support and you just need to sell anything for them, they are just concerned about the money doesnt matter what you sell. If you can do frauds than better. So actually you will have negative skills development. Work Life Balance- No personal life, you need to just take care about the sales slot and target. Every day you will wake up with a question what amount you can fetch. Compensation and Benefit: They gave me highest target of the company - 4 Lac in a month and i was not paid for even that, they promised something else and than did not paid what promised. When I complained about it, guess what they could ask me to quit job , so no job security at all; although when they will get to know that you got the job or you are leaving in anger they will just play mind games to keep you with them. Work Satisfaction is zero - ask the current staff there

...e more of a BPO nowadays than an I.T company and they are just around that part. Very low basic pay, conditional incentives. Even they will ask you for average. Monthly target is on paper, they will ask you to deliver average each day, isnt it a bpo practice.

... after COVID, the schedule changed to 6 days a week, and the workload increased. Despite our best efforts, we didn't receive bonuses, and the annual salary increments were minimal. One positive aspect was the celebration of every festival and the relaxed work culture where everyone felt at ease. Many of my friends still work there and are content, although salary increments are limited. The management was friendly and not overly strict, which was a positive aspect.

What I disliked about working at Weblink.In Pvt Ltd was the lack of promotion opportunities and the limited salary hikes.

Company culture and environment is very gud.They never cut your salary.we worked work from home in pendamice time senior have support proper and company did not stuck our salary they given salary as per our work.They also follow all rules which is given by government as per company nature of business.It is nice company i learnt enought from here.

We have to increase customer care team support in weblink. According to me if we are giving support to customer and will customer satisfied so this enough for our growth.
