... after COVID, the schedule changed to 6 days a week, and the workload increased. Despite our best efforts, we didn't receive bonuses, and the annual salary increments were minimal. One positive aspect was the celebration of every festival and the relaxed work culture where everyone felt at ease. Many of my friends still work there and are content, although salary increments are limited. The management was friendly and not overly strict, which was a positive aspect.

...pportunities definately will get u. Company culture and environment is very gud.They never cut your salary.we worked work from home in pendamice time senior have support proper and company did not stuck our salary they given salary as per our work.They also follow all rules which is given by government as per company nature of business.It is nice company i learnt enought from here.

March and April months deduction the salary 25% and 30% from full salary after that company given 100% .But if thinking about company side unfortunately 2 portal Stoped due to COVID-19 .But overall is well decision from company management. If you think about employees sides many staff left the job due to not give March month salary and some staff company give the mail for resignation.
