No job security. Politics By project manager. Any time layoffs. If required to work Saturday after work completed no salary or bonus and give answer it's your duty. And if you not log 30 min then cut half day salary.

Training programme is good. And also Participated in a comprehensive training program at WeblineIndia focused on mobile app development. Received hands-on training in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and gained practical experience in testing methodologies.

I would strongly advise against applying to WeblineIndia due to the negative experience I had during my internship. It seems that the company does not prioritize the well-being and career development of their trainees. Here are some specific issues I encountered: 1. Overhiring interns: WeblineIndia seems to hire a large number of interns without providing sufficient opportunities for growth and development. This resulted in a crowded and competitive environment where it was challenging to stand out and learn effectively. 2. Lack of technology choice: As an intern, I expected to have the opportunity to work with different technologies and gain practical experience in my chosen field. However, WeblineIndia did not offer any choice regarding the technologies we could work with. This limited our learning potential and hindered our ability to explore areas of interest. 3. Unfair termination: One of the most disheartening aspects of my internship was the manner in which the company terminated interns. I personally experienced being fired under false pretenses, as the company provided multiple inconsistent explanations for the termination. This lack of transparency and integrity left me feeling betrayed and unsure about my future prospects.

Bonds, if you leave the company you wont get that year's appraisal. If you continue with them, then only you get appraisal. Every year bond will signed, even if it's your 10th year in this company.

Webline is very good for starting up your career. You may get awarded for employee of the quarter and month

Too many redundant processes. No life & work balance treat you like a machine Strictly nature on entry time but not leaving time they will insult you in front of whole team. Notice period is difficult time to survive Unnecessary rules on employee Unnecessary Work pressure top management doesn't give a shit to your problem
