Everything. Work life balance is pathetic, no one is there to listen, no one takes action against higher authority. One girl is ruining whole work life. And no one takes action against her coz she is indeed powerful.

Likes

Even after ban of Tiktok across country not even a single person lost his or her job , during the pandemic period. We are still getting full incentives . We are still getting projects . There is really nice culture in terms of working . Each and every problem is resolved , higher management listen to your every single issue , and finds solution for it . Company policies are pretty clear.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about company but yes I suppose learning is something which provides kick in our growth . We should always keep on learning something in our place of work .that's the only thing which is lagging .
