It is heartening to note that during the pandemic, there has been no pay cut, and above all, received a bonus for Durga Puja as well. One of the top website development & mobile app development companies in Kolkata. Very stable - no layoff even during Covid Pandemic, no salary cut also salary hike on time. Politics free environment & ample scope of skill enhancement. The CEO is very polite and friendly. Project managers are also very knowledgeable and cooperative. Good for freshers as their salary range is quite low. You can learn new things. Some of the employees are really good. Salary on time.

Dislikes

...to grow here if you are joining as an experienced person. Appraisal is very low. Salary structure is also low as per industry standards. My overall experience is bad.

Webguru is better for new learners as they will not only learn about the job role also they learns about office culture and other aspects of a full-time position. In this company they can learn a whole lot more about what to avoid during your job.
