Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...ome. Due importance is given to work & life balance in true letter and spirit. Although I am quite new in the company, from what I've experienced so far, Salary has always been on time. This is a big plus. There is a no nonsense work culture with a very disciplined environment. You are expected to put in your best while at work and perform well. Seniors are very helpful, patient and always ready to guide. The Management is quite approachable and transparent. The atmosphere is good with a high level of employee skills. If you have the zeal to learn and grow, this could be the right place for you.

...this company has lots of client and huge work which gives a stability to my job. Systematic growth and timely salary with punctuality in office timing give this company an extra edge to compete with other companies in Kolkata in the same industry. Quality work with opportunity to learn new things every moment. This company takes work very seriously but also do enough recreational activity like abroad tour, IPL match, Table Tennis Tournament, gifts to every employee on occasions like holi, Diwali, new year etc.

Good Work culture. Everything is in very systematic way. Salary on time. No over time. Abroad tour. Outing to Wet o Wild and Nicco park every in the summer time. Seen few bad review also about the company in this portal but it seems that those reviews are given by the guys who are not associated with the company for more than 6 months.

Good company for freshers, salary on time, timely duty over, no over time, manager is helpful, facilities like game(table tennis, carrom board), tours like water park, IPL and international tours
