...alty. You get tons of leaves there, which I never got while working in big MNCs. Salary hike every year. During Covid lock down, a lot of companies reduced their employees' salary by 50% but this company supported it's employees and paid them in full, which was really commendable. Worked there for 2.5yrs, worked in a lot of processes, learned a lot.

Nothing much everything likes about rotational shifts and manager support

What not.. Everything here are dislikes, no transport, no work culture, no two weekly offs, full of politics , hell of process

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There should be two days off in a week so a rep or an employee can work easily without any problems
