The company is always looking for resources that will agree to do job on low salaries. They will burnden you with a lot of work load and would expect to take no holidays and work continuously. Even if u work hard , u will never be appreciated for your work. And when the time for increment comes, there is no process at all. The higher resource or hr will not connect with you and you just have to wait blindly till someone approaches you after a month or two. Thats not it.... the increment would be so less as they promise to atleast give you 1k increment no matter what. And if u are going to become a senior resource due to your experience, forget about getting an increment. They would never give good increment. Instead they would hire some cheap resource and replace you with no particular reason.... If you wanna ruin ur IT career, Webential is the ultimate company to join
