Lot of things are bad in This company "Webel" Salary timing ,salary payment structure,No CL,No EL No Medical Benefits,They wrote black side on Company's joining letter for office location. "NOTHING TO COUNT AS LIKE BUTTON FOR THAT COMPANY.

Dislikes

All features are dislike in this company. No future ,no work-life balance ,one man Two different offices handled no extra payment provided by them. No timing for salay payment, They never and ever contacted with employee past and present.They only pay Rs.9668/-per month. But actually Govt.will provide per candidates₹15000-20000/- pm But they operate by employee in two blocks and just ₹9668/- No Payslips will provide। By them.

According to me it's so terrible place for work.. In that place u have to face about salary issue.. They don't give u salary in proper time ans u also call and sms repeatedly to your boss for begging your salary...

They don't give salary in proper time and behave with their employees very very rude like that employees are kind of begger in their views

I had been working under WTL since 2015 but the authority of the company is too much irresponsible and selfish.

Dislikes

there is full of insecurity, bad conduct of authority and cheater district coordinators. We are cheated fairly.
