Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Previously the company's working culture, Quality of training prog., consultancy work, management and everything was excellent , but currently the company's everything was goes wrong , specially management take hire & fire strategy, don't bother about quality of work, only concentrate on dirty group politic.

The way of problem solving skills in field level and the programme execution by the Manager, Supriyo Haldar, was great. Always he stand up against the wrong decisions.
