The company has a positive working environment. The company takes care of employees' work-life balance and they also help you in our personal growth. I can clearly see how my goals align with the purposes of the company. There is nothing I love more than when I am working with other engaged individuals towards a common goal, and that's what I am excited about working here.

The issue I face is that the company has a lot of projects to work on and so leading the whole team is a little difficult task.

Actually what i like the most in the company is the work environment. If the work environment is good, you enjoy the work you are doing. In my Opinion Career growth is the most important thing in our working life and Webapp provides us New Technologies to learn and add value in our life. The Other thing i like the most in Webapp is the Skill Development Training. When we are lacking in some skills we lose confidence, so Webapp focus on that skills to be improved and provide us training for boosting up the confidence of their employee's. The another one is the Fun Friday, We do some extra Activities on Fun Friday such as Singing, Dancing and playing Games etc, Everybody enjoys the activities.

Dislikes

The thing i do not like about the Webapp is, they do not provide Work From Home until or unless its very very big emergency.

I have enjoyed working with the team at my current company. developed project for assigned a team .and completed all project successful at a time .assigned to task other team members. answered their questions and provided update to my manager. As a team we successful complete the project on schedule. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes.

I have enjoyed working with the team at my current company to accomplish shared goals, Recently, I had the opportunity to lead the team on a project. I develop a project plan, assigned tasks to other team members, answered their questions and provided updates to my manager. As a team, we successfully completed the project on schedule and under budget.

I feel more like home, more comfortable, more in control, and more supported. webAPP genuinely cares for growth personally and professionally both. I have been here about a year now. I really love to work here and everyone is very supportive.

Sometimes, we have to stay late for work but that's okay as it is part of growth.
