Friendly colleagues and staffs, if you are a fresher and new to the industry this is a great place to start and learn.

Dislikes

1. Low pay compared to industry standards. 2. Too much of micro management. 3. Very very less work life balance, we can say you should work more than the committed amount of time almost everyday. 4. Very less compensation. 5. Last but not least, they will treat you like a dog if you are in a notice period.

The team lead lacks the necessary skills and expertise for the role and often engages in favoritism. Mistakes made by the team lead or their close associates are overlooked, while other employees face unfair consequences, including termination. The team lead's approach is more focused on creating the illusion of productivity to appease management rather than contributing meaningfully to the project's success. This has created a toxic work environment where genuine effort and talent go unrecognized. It’s disappointing to see such practices affecting both morale and overall performance.

The owners influence and encourage all other owners of tech based companies to cut perks and screw up the workforce to increase the problems and attrition rate in other companies so that their profits come down to bottom
