There is nothing to like except for the manager who may, or may not be, nice to work under.

...se for all we care. There is no growth at WT. Don't consider asking for a raise. WT hires (desperate and new) writers for a lower pay and then expects them to stick around at the same forever. Look around as long as possible. Get into WT till the time you don't find something better. Don't hesitate leaving this company.

Likes

The payment is literally peanuts, but at least they pay. So beware as they are pretty unprofessional and a huge waste of time.

Dislikes

* No timely payment of peanuts * Non-sense non-stop repetitive blabbering by the owner * Shows flowery pictures of more work assignments with better pay but keeps you hanging - untrustworthy * New untrained managers who don't know proper English and are highly unsupportive *No one stays on-board for long. All previous managers quit.

Likes

I liked the work flow and the different types of projects I was working on. It was a good experience to work for this company. But due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to leave the company.

Dislikes

The work culture wasn't good, the person who's the leader I was working with always had a bad attitude. She is the reason I couldn't work further in the company. She defamed me without any proof, harassed me mentally due to which I had to leave the company.

Likes

It's been one month only, but the behaviour is very polite and friendly especially my mentor. Let's hope the best for the coming months as well

Dislikes

The payment is very low, I would like them to increase the payment structure.
