...oyees for the first year and they did not provide any holiday leave like Diwali.in entire lockdown they only provide 50% of salary for March to August also not any Diwali bonus provide.

Politics at its very best in this company, No job security , No perks, No Accommodations, No Facility, and last there is no one will hear you , they only deal with Production, not quality.

There is no growth in Career, Unprofessional approach towards employees and their work, scattered work culture , Unorganized Organization .
