First you will pass through induction by starting from safety department where they will taught you the safety aspects of work the company are into and the company policy. Then ,you will be assigned to the department you applied for in you CV but before you can fully be the part of the department you will spend 3 months in maintenance department. The company can make you be skillful and intelligent in engineering works

The growth and payment of salary is very poor which the managers and MD of the company have to do something about it
