...is virtually non-existent, with frequent downsizing leaving employees venerable. There is no bonuses or salary increments, and appreciation for hard work is simply absent. Furthermore, the lack of clients raises serious questions about the company's future. Overall, this is not a supportive or stable workplace.
Hire and fire policy, No job security, they will terminate you without previous notice. They dont have work, every employee is sitting Idle and if you ask for work outside your assigned role then management will fire you. Monday meetings are not very fruitfull because they dont ask anyone's opinion even if you can solve a problem they dont bother to ask you.
Terrible management and no job security. Employees are being fired without proper notice, and the company's lack of business has led to mass downsizing. They fail to communicate clearly or plan for the future, leaving workers in uncertainty. Avoid this place if you're looking for stability.
Since the change of new management the freelancers are not getting the work on time and if you ask them the reason they get angry unnecessarily giving reasons that they don't have work for freelancers. I don't understand if they don't have work then why they are hiring freelancers. Crazy people.
