Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

You'll get to learn on daily basis.

Absolutely pathetic work culture and environment is even worst, I don't think a person willing to have good work life balance can survive, so many cons just can't write it down all there though a few of them is here. 1: You'll be forced to work on weekends(Once every month) 2: You'll not be paid for over time although they will do everything to make you work over time. 3: You'll be blamed for everything, their blame game is super strong. 4: Leaves.....just can't think about it, leaving job will get easier for you than taking a leave. 5: HR is super judgemental and rude.
