Startup with a lot of things under one's hat & hence gives us an opportunity to learn several things

...ism for the close ones & growth depends on that. Talent gets recognized rarely. Employees in the organization for a very long time tend to get promoted to senior positions but for a very less pay. No proper organizational structure.

They don't give increment bon time. They hold your variable pay. Ego between people. Also there is no proper plans for various departments

In my 1+ year of working at the organization, I have to say that it is not a good organization to be associated with. The company offers no benefits, no job security, poor culture, zero work-life balance and no respect towards their own employees. The managers don't have any clarity on the work to be allotted and there is extremely wrong talent hiring done in various teams across the organisation.

...lance - No job security - Poor managers - No work/ job satisfaction - Strict 9.30 hours at office, or else they deduct half-day salary, and now they have removed hundreds of employees from the company to show 'PROFITABILITY' without any prior notice.

Company was trying to solve something noble or atleast that’s what the PR narrative was which attracted talent. Lot of wasted potential due to mismanagement by senior leadership team.

Salaries have not been paid for months while the company’s co-founder is having a lavish destination wedding. Where are the ethics and morals? I understand there is corporate veil and it’s his personal wealth but it just doesn’t sit well. Employees have been scammed.

he fast-paced environment can sometimes be overwhelming, with tight deadlines and high expectations leading to stress and heavy workloads. Additionally, frequent changes in processes and strategies require constant adaptation, which can be challenging to keep up with. Despite these challenges, I remain committed to my role and appreciate the support from my colleagues and management in navigating these difficulties.
