My boss pRawin Subramaniam had his thought clear to chuck me out ASAP. For thiS satish of outgrow team also took actve interest. He ate my 5 days salary, TA bill & PL. Even the founder & head of HR is hopeless as my complaint to them went to an inconclusive end.

he fast-paced environment can sometimes be overwhelming, with tight deadlines and high expectations leading to stress and heavy workloads. Additionally, frequent changes in processes and strategies require constant adaptation, which can be challenging to keep up with. company is run by people who do not know the business and by people who do not have integrity,, no growth for employees,, promise a lot but no action,, regret joining this company

Startup with a lot of things under one's hat & hence gives us an opportunity to learn several things

Dislikes

No Job security, hired too many people in a short period & could not capitalize on it & Hence reduced the manpower by half in a single day. Favouritism for the close ones & growth depends on that. Talent gets recognized rarely. Employees in the organization for a very long time tend to get promoted to senior positions but for a very less pay. No proper organizational structure.

Company is fast growing & one can be put into several challenging activities which gives us a better exposure.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, you will be expected to work 24/7 if you are part of certain teams, Management fails to acknowledge the efforts of deserving employees & favors the close ones. Employees are not encouraged to learn more skills at their mean time.
