In my 1+ year of working at the organization, I have to say that it is not a good organization to be associated with. The company offers no benefits, no job security, poor culture, zero work-life balance and no respect towards their own employees. The managers don't have any clarity on the work to be allotted and there is extremely wrong talent hiring done in various teams across the organisation.

Dislikes

...lance - No job security - Poor managers - No work/ job satisfaction - Strict 9.30 hours at office, or else they deduct half-day salary, and now they have removed hundreds of employees from the company to show 'PROFITABILITY' without any prior notice.

It's bad experience,to man power, wile taking,no experience candidates,& high salary persons,one person is working,no of workers,use same work ,highly man power utilisation,

Price issues,rather than Market price,also low our product will high Mainly disappoint distibutor apointment,and management

... to chuck me out ASAP. For thiS satish of outgrow team also took actve interest. He ate my 5 days salary, TA bill & PL. Even the founder & head of HR is hopeless as my complaint to them went to an inconclusive end.

Startup with a lot of things under one's hat & hence gives us an opportunity to learn several things

...ism for the close ones & growth depends on that. Talent gets recognized rarely. Employees in the organization for a very long time tend to get promoted to senior positions but for a very less pay. No proper organizational structure.

It's all about the team which you are working with. Apart from that everything is waste

Dislikes

They don't give increment bon time. They hold your variable pay. Ego between people. Also there is no proper plans for various departments
