Management is not good.every month need to achive the target, if you can't achieved than they will deduct 30% from your salary, Management want only those can do minimum 2 x revenu, othere than they will through you without any notice period, in same day they will settled you.

You won't get appraisal....they screw you up and get all work done but poor pay is the final result.... No learning, no appraisal, no respect they treat you very badly....being an MBA graduate I was just paid 10k for 3yrs no appraisal nothing.....no employee benefits

Colleagues for more knowledge sharing and helping. Hierarchy give respect and always give opportunity to elevat us

Compensation and salary and incentive structure not attractive and management changes frequently.

My seniors are supporting me I m happy for that, they will guide me if I did any mistakes, and they will teach me well.

Compensation is low, some time work pressure is high, need to work 12 to 23 a day.

Good work life balance if you are interested in sales. If you acheive your targets, the benefits are good.

This is one of the pioneers of wealth management cos. But they have no proper client base and their services were not good in past. So it will be the employee's responsibility to fetch fresh clients. The company still lags behind in technology. They follow age old process of forms based application. Outdated.
