Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is nothing to praise this company. Totally fraud company. Doing just mentally tortured of their employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing . Unauthorised company. I have worked there for a month on a pay scale of 25k . But in the end i get paid with a mere amount of 16k for a month . They didn’t provide any company id or offer letter. Environment is too bad for female no rules and regulations . For working professional environment is too bad . Don’t ever choose this company.
