Not much to say, but only thing that I would say was few scenarios where there were festive events and employee engagement activities for which we rarely get a chance to participate.

Dislikes

...e it they don't recognise. Hire for a higer role and make us do lower role jobs. No proper hikes(again partiality, and unfairly hike) salary disparities among similar experience team members. No proper trained teamleads or managers. Can't handle team members or guide freshers the right way. Long inter processes.

bad work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive but management is not .company policies are bad, appraisals are bad.

there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is bad .

Nothing about this company is really worth mentioning

This company is not a good place to work and is not worth for people who graduate from reputed B-schools. The management is not really good at doing their job and they prefer doing things based on whom they like rather than who is performing well. The HR department is good for nothing and is only there to play organisational politics.

App is good, they are not utilizing it properly

Since it was a start up funding was a major concern, Head revenue In charge language speaking with co-workers is ridiculous with females & male employees as well

Way2News is very supportive of its employees in terms of communication and encouragement, though it could improve in translating this support into tangible actions.

Dislikes

Way2News has room for improvement in fulfilling its commitments, as there are instances where the recruitment promises made by HR are not always aligned with the final outcome.
